Vista Massage & Wellness Policies and Procedures

Thank you for being a valued client at Vista Massage and Wellness. To provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows for any reason, 50% of the session fee will be billed:

30 min = $30
60 min = $55
75 min = $62.50
90 min = $75

This policy applies to those who are using their medical insurance and to those who are paying out of pocket. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last-minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illnesses, or inclement weather will generally not result in any cancellation fees, however, this is to be determined at the practitioner's discretion.

Late Arrival Policy

All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete the Client Intake Form. For all other appointments, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to undress and to get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Massage Termination

Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

Draping Policy

Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.

Our Services and Prices

We offer massage services on this website. The price of these services can be viewed when you book online. Prices vary by service and do not include gratuity, co-payments, coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket expenses.

Payments

When you make a purchase at Vista Massage and Wellness, you will be using a third party payment processor, Square, that will collect your payment information and process your payment. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by Square.

Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. Read more about Square’s accepted payments.

Vista Massage and Wellness accepts the following payment method(s): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cash, check, gift cards, Vemo, and CashApp.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.

Changes to Policies
